3. Risk Disclosure

All investments carry risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with investing in stocks, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the development of their Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kifayah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
